We are pretty flexible about cancellations but please give us as much notice as possible so we can try to fill your appointment slot.

$50 – Within 24 Hours of Appointment  
$100 – Same Day Cancellation Fee  
$100 – Onsite Cancellation

Give us a call if you’re concerned about the weather but we’ll reach out to you if we think it’s in your best interest to reschedule.

Rain: Free exterior reshoot if you keep appointment

No charge for same day cancellations due to inclement weather.

Reshoot
Policy

Reshoot required due to updates, such as new staging, fresh coat of paint, or seasonal changes, etc.

Full Reshoot: 25% Off Original Package Price

$250 — 10 Shot Reshoot Package

$350 — 20 Shot Reshoot Package
